About Multiply Group

Founded by Mac Lake in 2019, Multiply Group draws upon Mac’s 30+ years in ministry—from planting churches and scaling leadership development processes in a large multisite church to starting a church planting network and helping hundreds of churches around the world build intentional strategies for developing more and better leaders. Today, we are a team with trainers across the US and around the world, united by the same mission: to equip you with an intentional approach to multiply healthy leaders because the mission of the Gospel is too great to be left to chance.

Our Leadership Pipeline Training, available onsite or virtually, equips your organization to build an intentional pathway and plan for developing leaders across the organization. And no matter where you are in your leadership development efforts, the Multipliers Community is a great next step for ongoing support and implementation, providing practical training, tools, live calls, and connection with other leaders who are building and implementing their leadership development strategies.
