You will get access to the Leadership Pipeline Video training that teaches you and your team how to build your leadership pipeline, including follow up coaching sessions with a certified coach.
What is a Leadership Pipeline?

The Virtual Cohort is designed for multiple Church Teams to go through the Leadership Pipeline training together and is ideal for churches under 800 in attendance.
Each Church Team will get their own access to the Multiply Group Leadership Pipeline video training which includes 6 sessions that will be completed by each Church Team over an 8-month period.
After each session, Church Teams will gather in their Cohort with their Leadership Pipeline coach for a 90 minute virtual coaching call. The coaching calls are designed to answer questions, check on progress and provide feedback on the teams' work. In the Virtual Cohort, you and your team will have the opportunity to learn from other churches who will be going through the process as well.
