In 2024, Mac led a Leadership Pipeline Mastermind Group with leaders who had experienced success from the leadership pipeline training experience and were ready to keep growing and multiplying their teams.
By the end, no one wanted to stop—and neither did Mac.
The Multipliers Community was born out of that momentum.
