The Multiplying Church Workshop is designed to move you from merely having the passion, to having a strategic plan for multiplication. This workshop is not designed to be a training session. It is more of a strategic planning process. The result will be a Church Multiplication Plan that will fit your culture, context, and calling.

Throughout the experience, you will interact with other teams sharing your challenges, ideas, and insights. During the two-day workshop, your team will embark on a four-step process and explore 14 key questions. These strategic questions will guide you in creating a Church Multiplication Plan that enables you to plant churches from within your own church, with prayer as the driving force connecting it all.

• Identification of potential planting opportunities and potential church planters within your church.

• A detailed Church Multiplication Plan encompassing a long-range vision and a 120-day plan.

• Enhanced relationships with pastors in your community, potentially leading to partnerships for planting together or forming micro-networks of churches pooling resources for joint initiatives.

  You will also receive:

• Interaction with other pastors in your city, state, or region, fostering collaborative thinking and the sharing of best practices for multiplication.

• A Multiplication Factor score based on the six key Multiplication Factors, providing insights into the current state of your church's multiplication mindset.

• One year of conversation guides to support your growth in the six multiplication factors and provide accountability for progress with your Church Multiplication Plan.
